It was just a reliable pick for a fleeting moment in Asheville with extraordinarily good value for money. We barely slept due to the uncomfortable bed and noise levels. If you have any issues, better ask for help right away.

perfect spot for exploring asheville's parks and attractions
The hotel is conveniently just under 2 km from azalea park and around 4 km from the stunning biltmore estate, making it super easy to stroll through beautiful green spaces and historic landmarks. besides that, the breakfast was a real treat with delicious waffles that I made myself and other tasty options to start the day right. as a solo traveler, I felt safe with key access to my floor and appreciated the clean, welcoming environment that helped me unwind after exploring.

I really appreciated the clean room and the hot breakfast options available. However, we found the walls quite thin, which detracted from the overall experience. I'd stay again if needed.

Family with children will find it acceptable
The king size bed was comfortable, really let us rest after long days exploring. The staff was great! Check-in was a breeze and they were helpful with local recommendations.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the location and comfort, it was acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 06comfortable beddecent locationoutdated facilities
The bed provided a comfortable sleep, which is always a plus when you're on the road. It sits in a location that's decent enough for food and shopping, though not particularly special in the grand scheme.
The facilities show signs of wear, with a noticeable stale smell threaded throughout the hotel. Internet connectivity across both buildings fluctuates between painfully slow and completely unusable, just a real headache for anyone needing reliable access. The pool, while advertised, is smaller than it appears in photos. mostly deep, rendering it less friendly for younger kids. Cooking facilities are outdated—cooking with a prehistoric oven? Not my idea of a good time. A significant issue is the odd lingering scent permeating rooms, which detracts from any potential comfort. Just a bit below what I'd expect overall.

Free wi-fi and nice pool. check-in was frustrating and room had worn linens.

missingWrote a review on Mar 14breakfast optionorganic foodunpleasant odordirty roompoor service
The overall experience fell short of expectations. The room had a persistent cigarette odor and was not clean, which detracted significantly from comfort. A high pet fee was surprising for such a poor condition. While the organic jams offered at breakfast were a nice touch, the service was mediocre, and the hot water issues were frustrating. Additionally, the absence of elevators made accessing upper floors challenging.
